Current-generation hardware only. Every device in our fleet is maintained and updated to include current-generation processors, operating systems, and hardware specifications. We retire outdated equipment rather than renting it as current. When you rent a MacBook Pro from Aria AV, you receive an M3 or M4 chip unit — not a discontinued Intel model from 2019.
Transparent, all-inclusive pricing. Every quote we issue includes delivery, setup, on-site support, and pickup. There are no hidden freight surcharges, no last-minute technician fees, and no per-mile delivery charges. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

Data security after every rental. Every device is fully wiped and restored to a clean factory state after each event.
