Aria AV offers a Damage Waiver that covers accidental damage to rented IT equipment during the event period for a low flat daily rate per unit — covering drops, spills, and standard event accidents. The waiver does not cover theft or intentional damage. We recommend confirming your event liability insurance also covers rented technology.
