The 2026 edition ran March 11–13 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville. Exhibitors showcase learning management systems, student information systems, classroom technology, 1:1 device programmes, and school administration software. Technology demand: exhibitor demo laptops and HP ZBook for EdTech platform workstation demos, iPad Pro lead capture and registration, touch screen kiosks for interactive classroom technology demos, commercial monitors, Zebra badge printers, AV for general session and breakout rooms.

Exhibitors showcase intrusion detection systems, access control platforms, video surveillance technology, fire safety equipment, home automation systems, and monitoring centre technology. ESX is an exclusive industry show — only electronic security and life safety professionals attend, which means exhibitor technology demonstrations reach a highly qualified audience. Technology demand: HP ZBook workstation laptops for security system simulation and network configurator demos, Dell Latitude for exhibitor fleet stations, exhibitor touch screen kiosks for access control and security system interactive configurator tools, iPad Pro lead capture kiosks with Zebra badge printers, commercial monitors for exhibitor product display walls, LED poster booth accents, AV for general session and education rooms, hybrid streaming for remote attendees.

The 2026 convention runs August 28–September 3 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, with the co-located American Legion Auxiliary National Convention and Sons of The American Legion (SAL) 54th National Convention. Thousands of Legion delegates, Auxiliary members, and SAL delegates gather for commission meetings, workshops, training sessions, and the election of a new national commander on the convention floor at KICC. The convention also includes Legion Family activities throughout Louisville, including events at Louisville Slugger Field and Lynn Family Stadium. Technology demand: Dell Latitude and HP EliteBook for delegate registration workstations, session room technology, and workshop technology setups across multiple KICC meeting rooms; iPad Pro lead capture kiosk enclosures with Zebra badge printers for delegate check-in; dedicated Aria AV 4G/5G hotspot networks; commercial monitors for session room displays; AV production for general sessions; hybrid streaming for global Legion membership.

Exhibitors showcase event management software, registration technology, exhibit design platforms, audio visual technology, lead retrieval systems, venue technology, analytics platforms, and trade show logistics solutions. This is a highly technology-forward, AV-literate audience where the quality and creativity of technology deployed at the event itself reflects on the equipment providers. Technology demand: MacBook Pro M4 and Dell Latitude for event management software and trade show platform exhibitor stations, touch screen kiosks for interactive event technology demos, iPad Pro lead capture and registration, LED video wall booth backdrops, commercial monitors, Zebra badge printers, AV production for general session and education programme rooms, hybrid streaming for global trade show industry audience.
