    Most kiosk rental orders are confirmed within 24 hours of a finalized quote. Standard setups are delivered and installed the day before your event opens. For events in Las Vegas and Chicago, where we operate local hubs, same-day delivery and expedited setup are regularly available. For large multi-kiosk installations we recommend contacting us 5 to 7 business days in advance for content loading, software testing, and pre-event staging.

  • Insurance

    Aria AV offers a Damage Waiver that covers accidental damage to rental kiosks and touchscreen displays during the event period for a low flat daily rate per unit. This covers standard event accidents including screen damage and structural impacts. The waiver does not cover theft or intentional damage. We recommend confirming your event liability insurance also covers rented display and kiosk equipment. Full documentation is provided for your insurer on request.

  • Custom Configuration

    Yes. All rental kiosks are pre-loaded with your content, software, or web application before delivery. We configure kiosk mode to lock the unit to approved content only, set up Wi-Fi credentials, and run a full end-to-end content test before shipping. For registration or wayfinding kiosks, we integrate with your software platform and complete a test session with your team before the event opens.
