As a nationally recognized provider of event technology and computer rentals, we are fortunate to work in many of the top event rental cities in the United States. From New York to Las Vegas, event and meeting planners attend thousands of events, trade shows and conferences yearly. Meeting and Event Planners use technology rentals to engage their attendees. Our on-site rental technicians wanted to highlight their favorite event cities for 2018. These cities provide a great mix of work and play. Here are our Top Event Rental Cities:


1. Chicago, Illinois     

The “Windy City” is the most popular U.S. destination for overnight business. With world class food, entertainment, venues and businesses, it is no surprise that Chicago is among the top cities to host events.

Chicago is home to the nation’s largest convention center, the McCormick Place. The McCormick Place sprawls over 2.6 million square feet of exhibit halls, meeting rooms, ballrooms, and theaters. 2. Orlando, Florida

Orlando is among the top destinations for meetings and conferences.

Orlando also has the second largest U.S. convention center, the Orange County Convention Center. This venue sprawls over 2.1 million square feet of exhibition space.

4. Dallas, Texas

5. New York City, New York

New York City is extremely diverse, offering a variety of traditional and non-traditional event venues. The most outstanding convention center in New York City is the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. This is among the top 20 largest convention centers in the nation.
