Why IMAG matters beyond 400 attendees
In a ballroom with 600 seated attendees, rear-row viewers are 80 to 120 feet from the stage. At that distance, a speaker's face is too small to read expressions, lip movement, or emotional delivery — the elements that make a keynote effective rather than merely audible. IMAG places two flanking screens left and right of the main presentation screen, each showing a live close-up camera feed of the speaker. Attendees in rear seats get the intimacy of a front-row view while remaining in their seats. Each flanking screen requires its own dedicated projector, and the PT-RZ970's SDI input connects directly to the broadcast-grade production switcher managing the camera feed.
