Aria Technology Rentals Story

Aria Technology Rentals (Aria AV) is a second generation, family-owned business.  Like many family businesses our father taught us the business growing up. Much of our success is due to the business values he instilled in us throughout our lives. Aria is an extension of his legacy and willingness to take a risk.Aria AV opened in May, 2011. Our initial inventory was a quantity of 5  iPads. After our first successful rental we bought a few more. Then a few more. Later, that same year we were incredibly fortunate to hire Leticia Leigh and Rosalia Murillo as our Sales and Operation Managers. Both Leticia and Rosalia brought with them more than 10 years of computer rental experience. More importantly, they define everything Aria is: true dedication and focus to the customer experience. We are very lucky to have them heading our team.Between 2012 and 2018, we kept our focus on having the best service in the rental industry. Through hard work we grew our team and inventory. Our technical space expanded to include 3 redundant Dell Severs for custom imaging and configuration. The team’s hard work resulted in us growing our inventory to over 1000 iPads, 2000 Laptops and 2000 Large LED Monitors. During this time, we also added Desktop, Projector and LED Tile rentals to Aria’s national product offering.In 2019, Aria moved to a larger 15,000 square foot warehouse in Buffalo Grove, IL.  In July, we opened our second full-service rental location in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Partnerships with BeMatrix and Intel, have enabled us to scale our full service offerings to Exhibit Houses and Design Agency’s nationally.Today we are one of the fastest growing LED, Digital Signage and iPad rental companies in United States. We could have not have reached this point without 100’s of clients around the nation supporting us. What differentiates Aria AV from others is our relentless focus on customer service.
